HVAC Service Technician (MA)
Centerline Communications LLC has a HVAC Service Technician opening in our Managed Services division. We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join a fast-growing company specializing in wireless communications and facility services across the country. We expect our technicians to exhibit leadership potential, to be results-oriented, and driven to succeed. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs for heating, ventilation, and cooling units for our commercial customers. The HVAC Service Technician will also need to diagnose and repair the electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
Generator Service Technician (OH)
The Generator Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on select customer generators. This includes electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems. The position is part of our Managed Services Division and works with our Service Team who are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all work orders and preventative maintenance tickets.
Tower Foreman (WV)
The Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites. Foreman will need to be able to lead experienced technicians, as well as train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites. Ability to lead crews, extensive experience with construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must.
Site Acquisition Consultant (MA)
Centerline Communications LLC, is seeking a Site Acquisition Consultant for an immediate start. Site Acquisition Consultants (SAC) are responsible for coordinating telecommunications site acquisition and leasing activities on behalf of the company.
For new site builds, the SAC is in charge of completing site candidate identification packages, leasing packages (including document negotiation and execution) and any necessary zoning, permitting and regulatory filings. Additionally, SAC’s may be assigned to modification sites that require leasing and zoning reviews as well as additional leasing due diligence and permitting required to make site modifications on behalf of the customer.
SAC’s create detailed reports on viable locations for sites, as well as negotiate leases with owners and property managers. They ensure completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by customer rules and assist in preparing and monitoring site schedules and forecast reports.
