Site Acquisition Consultant (MA)

Centerline Communications LLC, is seeking a Site Acquisition Consultant for an immediate start. Site Acquisition Consultants (SAC) are responsible for coordinating telecommunications site acquisition and leasing activities on behalf of the company. SAC’s create detailed reports on viable locations for sites, as well as negotiate leases with owners and property managers. They ensure completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by customer rules and assist in preparing and monitoring site schedules and forecast reports.

Tower Foreman (NH)

The Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites. Foreman will need to be able to lead experienced technicians, as well as train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites. Ability to lead crews, extensive experience with construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must.

A&E Project Manager (NYC)

Potential candidate will be responsible for managing all project tracking and forecasting and maintaining scope of work and budget. Candidate must be capable of interacting with client and supervise a design team and sub-consultants to ensure project standards are met and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, understand code requirements and engineering standards, work efficiently and multitask. Candidate should have experience working in the NYC DOB system and with FDNY.
