Project Name: New site build and carrier adds
Project Scope: All site acquisition, from design and scoping through execution of leasing and permitting; responsibilities include all database management, forecasting, financial planning/analysis and regional reporting through local market contacts.
To keep up with evolving scope of work and changes based on national LTE designs.
Implemented tracking procedures to minimize time from change in scope to execution, allowing customer to maintain full visibility and transparency throughout project.
Based on 2014/2015 performance, Centerline was selected as one of only two site acquisition vendors to remain in market following the 2016 reverse auction.
Project Name: L700, New Site Development and Single Antenna per Sector
Project Scope: All site acquisition, from design and scoping through execution of leasing and permitting for L700 modifications, new site development and single antenna per sector upgrades.
To complete 17 leases and get two (2) sites to entitlement complete (turned over to construction) in one quarter, despite feedback from the local market that the goal was unrealistic and could not be obtained within standard established timeframes for new site development.
Staffed the project appropriately and utilized existing vendor relationships to properly prioritize the workload, allowing for the best possible chance at success.
Centerline over-delivered on both project goals, completing 19 leases and bringing four (4) sites to entitlement complete. Centerline also delivered 44 L700 sites to construction nearly quintupling the regional development team's initial goal of nine (9).

New York Power Authority
Project Name: Blenheim-Gilboa Power Plant
Project Scope: Turnkey design and build of a new 250 foot self support communications tower. Project included the decommissioning of an existing 150’ tower and upgrade/commissioning of NYPA emergency communication equipment.
Site location was within the confines of the NYPA Blenheim-Gilboa Power Plant. This facility houses a hydroelectric plant that supplies power to New York City. We had to overcome and plan around security challenges and client specific requirements due to the sensitivity of the area.
Worked closely with New York Power Authority officials to develop a strategic deployment of resources from project kickoff through closeout.
Successful top out of the 250' tower.

Project Name: Network Upgrade and Modernization
Project Scope: Line and Antenna, Civil, Electrical and EF&I support for upgrade of T-Mobile’s existing infrastructure in the New England market.
Provide Construction, Integration and Commissioning for over 600 sites across five separate technologies.
Developed strategic resource deployment plan. Utilized well trained and highly experienced in house crews.
Identified as a top performer and selected to be part of the Ericsson Preferred Partner Program.

Project Scope: Provided site acquisition, permitting, construction, commisioning and backhaul of Towerstream outdoor Wifi/Small Cell network
To build systems collaboratively with the customer for project controls and tracking.
Developed and implemented all in-field and back-office processes and systems to direct site acquisition specialists and general construction personnel in the field.
All four markets performing at a very high level—delivering up to 75 leases and building more than 200 sites per month through four major markets.
HVAC, Generator & General Maintenance
Centerline Communication’s National Operations Center (NOC) provides 24/7/365 coverage for its managed services portfolio. This NOC supports Centerline's HVAC preventative maintenance and service programs, as well as its generator and general maintenance teams. Professional, knowledgeable and attentive NOC representatives mobilize Centerline technicians across the country, assuring timely response to service requests and real-time updates for clients.
Centerline self-performs all HVAC and generator servicing nationwide. Its technicians are highly skilled and trained, holding certifications with various OEMs, including Marvair, Bard, Carrier, York, Generac and Kohler.
Centerline's Managed Services Division consists of two (2) departments. Those Departments are:
National Operations Center (NOC)
- Provides 24/7/365 coverage for demand tickets
- Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a ticket and all dispatch functions related to it

Project Name: ACAS All-Inclusive Vendor Program 2014-2015
Project Scope: Perform preventative maintenance and service repair for AT&T’s HVAC All-Inclusive program in various states throughout the Northeast, Southeast, Mid-West and West Regions.
To develop standards and systems that provide real-time updates to AT&T on the daily management of over 7,500 sites.
Implemented a 24/7/365 NOC to provide a dispatch and real-time ticket update, as well as dispatch software platforms to monitor technicians' ticket progress and site repair history.
During the early summer months of 2015—the busiest time of the year—the level of customer service and response times provided have been remarkable. AT&T receives real-time updates at any hour of the day with 100% credibility in the update and estimated repair times. The NOC’s performance has enabled us to prospect new lines of business outside of traditional revenue streams.
DAS, Small Cell, IoT & WiFi
Centerline provides innovative DAS solutions to customers throughout the region. Centerline’s management team and technicians are experienced in large-scale stadium and venue implementations, as well as enterprise and hospitality installations.

Project Name: Gillette Stadium DAS
Project Scope: Install Verizon Wireless head-end and intermediate head-end rooms, 1,000 nodes and more than 400,000 lineal feet of cable, fiber and coax throughout NFL Stadium.
To work under extremely tight time constraints and a condensed schedule during NFL pre-season to have the site delivered on air by opening night.
Deployed highly experienced and professional technicians around the clock, while building trust and providing high levels of coordination and communication between the stakeholders.

Integration & Commissioning

Project Name: T-Mobile Modernization, L2100, L1900, L700 ASP Support Program
Project Scope: Commissioning and integration of added technologies to existing T-Mobile telecommunications sites.
To develop hybrid technicians who could integrate as well as provide SP support for more traditional line and antenna technician functions.
Cross-trained several tower technicians and electricians who showed an aptitude and willingness to learn new skill sets for personal career advancement. These technicians now provide a turn-key SP/ASP solution to Centerline's customer.
Integrating more than three (3) sites during one overnight maintenance window with technicians who began their Centerline careers as entry-level tower climbers and electrical apprentices. These sites were call-tested and accepting traffic 2 hours prior to the on-air AM deadline.
